Bathua can prove to be very helpful for people who have digestive problems. It has high amount of fiber and water. Which is helpful in keeping the digestive system healthy. If you have constipation problem, then include Bathua greens in your diet. This will help in clearing the stomach.
Removes problems related to periods
Dr. S. S Rana further explains that in case of Rakta Pitta i.e. if blood falls from any part of someone’s body like sudden bleeding from the nose etc., then Bathua must be used. In case of difficulty in passing stool or defecation properly, one should definitely eat Bathua. Bathua is an easily available greens during the winter season. Women who have problems related to periods should consume Bathua greens. It is very beneficial for health. Bathua juice helps in solving the problem of intermittent periods.
