Nakul Nath, son of veteran Congress leader Kamal Nath and party candidate from Chhindwara seat, has filed his nomination papers on Tuesday. According to the information given by Nakulnath about himself in his nomination paper, Nakulnath has total movable assets worth Rs 649 crore 51 lakh 96 thousand 174 but Nakulnath, the owner of crores, does not have his own car. His declared assets include shares, mutual funds, FDs and savings of many companies.
At the same time, Nakulnath’s wife Priyanath has movable assets worth Rs 19 crore 20 lakh 17 thousand 294. Nakulnath has 12 bank accounts out of which 8 are in the country and 4 are abroad. Has four bank accounts abroad which are all in Bahrain while his wife Priyanath has 8 bank accounts abroad which are in Bahrain, Singapore and Malaysia.
Nakulnath has a bungalow worth Rs 45 crore 15 lakh in Panchsheel Park, Delhi and agricultural land worth Rs 2 crore 92 lakh in Chhindwara. He has jewelery worth Rs 2 crore 2 lakh and a painting worth Rs 6 lakh 46 thousand. Whereas his wife Priyanath has jewelery worth Rs 2 crore 75 lakh.

BJP candidate Vivek Sahu Bunty, standing against Nakulnath, will now file his nomination papers on Wednesday. Many BJP stalwarts will be present in support of his nomination. According to the information, along with Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, BJP State President Vishnudutt Sharma, Urban Administration Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Prahlad Patel will also be present in Bunty’s nomination rally at 12.45 pm. To defeat Nakul Nath, BJP has fielded Vivek Sahu Bunty, who has deep influence among the common people there.
