Priyanka Gandhi Interview: Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi reached Rajasthan on Monday to campaign in the Lok Sabha elections. After doing a road show in Alwar at 1 pm, he addressed a public meeting in Bandikui of Dausa district. During this, in an exclusive conversation with AnyTV, he targeted the central government. During this, he mentioned PM Modi several times.
Taking aim at the Centre, Priyanka said that this election is not about meat and fish but about real issues. Inflation and unemployment have increased beyond limits in the country, these should be discussed in this election. Targeting the central government, he said that BJP does not have an answer to this, hence they are targeting the opposition on other issues.
On Rahul Gandhi’s helicopter being searched, he said that they are always searched. In Himachal too, the Election Commission had checked Rahul’s helicopter, he said smilingly, not knowing whether they check BJP leaders or not.
Priyanka further said in the conversation, ‘More than the speech, look at what the public is saying. I think the public mood is fed up with the Centre. The public now wants change. It has been 10 years, the public now wants solution to the problem, not speeches. Both the problems and struggles of the people have increased.
Priyanka asked a question to the central government, ‘The youth got 2 crore jobs, 15 lakh came into the public’s account? What did you give? People did not get anything. No promises were fulfilled. Yes, many events took place, G-20 took place. This happened, that happened. All this happened, but what changed in the lives of the people, farmers or laborers?
Along with talking about election issues, Priyanka Gandhi attacked the central government and asked many tough questions. Apart from this, he talked about the nature of his brother and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi. When he was asked a question about Congress’s candidature from Amethi and Rae Bareli, he did not give any answer.
