New Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal, who is already facing many difficulties, is facing new problems one after the other. Now a PIL has been filed in the Delhi High Court requesting the court to stop CM Arvind Kejriwal from issuing any order while he is in ED custody. Besides, a request has also been made in the PIL for not providing typist, computer and printer to Kejriwal. The petitioner has also appealed to the court to direct the ED to register a complaint, investigate and prosecute Arvind Kejriwal as to how the orders issued by him in police custody reached Delhi Minister Atishi. This petition has been filed on behalf of Hindu Sena.
Petitioner Hindu Sena president Surjit Singh Yadav, through advocates Shashi Ranjan Kumar Singh and Mahesh Kumar, said that Arvind Kejriwal was violating the oath of secrecy given to him under the Third Schedule of the Constitution of India while issuing directions and orders in custody. Are. Let us tell you that petitioner Surjit Singh Yadav recently filed another PIL in the Delhi High Court, praying for the removal of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal from the post of Chief Minister of Delhi Government. The petition said that after the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi government minister Atishi, while giving an interview to several channels on March 21, 2024, had said that Arvind Kejriwal would not resign from his post and would contest elections if needed. The petition said that Kejriwal’s continuation as Chief Minister would hamper the legal process which could lead to breakdown of the constitutional machinery in the state. Let us tell you that AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal is in ED remand till March 28 after his arrest in the Delhi Liquor Policy scam case. The petition challenging his arrest and remand will be heard tomorrow in the Delhi High Court.
