Did Mahua Moitra compromise with national security?

Petition seeking injunction against Moitra’s demand rejected
An interim plea by BJP MP Nishikant Dubey and lawyer Jai Ananth Dehadrai seeking to restrain Trinamool Congress leader Mahua Moitra from posting or circulating any fake and defamatory material against them has been dismissed by the Delhi High Court. Recently, after hearing Moitra’s plea for relief after her expulsion from the Lok Sabha, Justice Sachin Dutta’s bench had refused to grant interim relief. The court had reserved its order on the interim applications on December 20, 2023, after hearing the arguments of lawyers of Moitra, Dubey and Dehadrai. Moitra had filed a petition in October seeking a permanent injunction against Dubey and Dehadrai.
