Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane has given important statements regarding the Russo-Ukraine war. He also mentioned some of the lessons India had learned from this war. He said that the biggest lesson for us is that in future wars, we will have to fight with weapons made in the country. We have to move forward more rapidly in the defense sector, self-reliant India.

Responding to a question on the sidelines of an event, he said soldiers are physically facing each other in the war between Russia and the Eastern European country. He asked lightly whether the war was being fought in the cyber world or in an air-conditioned room? He said that this war has shown that there may be more conventional wars ahead.
