Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party President Arvind Kejriwal is preparing fiercely for Punjab elections, but finding the face of CM is the biggest challenge for the party. Meanwhile, Kejriwal was seen throwing horns on Punjab Congress Chief Navjot Singh Sidhu. Kejriwal on Tuesday lauded Sidhu’s efforts. He said that the way Sidhu is exposing the false claims of the Congress government is commendable.
Let us tell you that many times there have been reports in the media that Navjot Singh Sidhu might join the Aam Aadmi Party, but this did not appear to be happening. Meanwhile, Kejriwal’s Sidhu Prem may fuel new drama in Punjab politics.
Appreciating Navjot Singh Sidhu in Punjab’s Amritsar on Tuesday, Kejriwal said, “I am proud of the kind of courage Navjot Singh Sidhu is showing in the Congress government. Sidhu is exposing Channi’s false claims of the government. During this, Kejriwal also referred to Channi’s statement in which he was claiming that the state government has ended the sand mafia. They said, ‘Yesterday, Chief Minister Channi claimed that his government has eliminated sand mafia and reduced sand prices. Shortly thereafter, Sidhu denied this information and said that the sand mafia was still working. I salute his spirit.
Using Sidhu’s statement as a weapon, Kejriwal attacked the Congress government and talked about suppressing Sidhu by the Congress. Kejriwal said, Sidhu himself has said that Channi is lying. He is raising issues related to the public, but the entire Congress party is trying to suppress his voice. First Captain and now Channi. Punjab elections are near and Kejriwal is chanting Sidhu’s melody, which is also indicating that Kejriwal wants to do Sidhu in his court by offering him the CM’s chair.
It is worth mentioning that in Punjab Navjot Singh Sidhu sees himself as the chief ministerial candidate of Congress, but this could not happen because of his love for Pakistan. Sidhu’s confrontation with Amarinder Singh was also for the chair, but Charanjit Singh Channi sat on the post of CM. With this Channi became the first Dalit Chief Minister in the history of Punjab. This angered Sidhu, but he does not miss an opportunity to show his influence in the Channi government.
However, the Congress itself has hinted about Sidhu’s name for the CM face. Due to this the image of Congress started becoming anti-Dalit. On being surrounded by controversies, Congress said about the CM candidate that the face is not decided yet, which ruined Sidhu’s hopes. In such a situation, the Aam Aadmi Party’s attack on Navjot Singh Sidhu can lead to a big political stir in the politics of Punjab. If Sidhu makes up his mind to come with Aam Aadmi Party, then it will be no less than a big achievement for Aam Aadmi Party. AAP has not yet declared its CM candidate. However, the name of Dubai’s famous social worker SPS Oberoi and Bollywood star Sonu Sood had also cropped up for the CM candidate from the Aam Aadmi Party.
