According to the information, Kejriwal has taken legal advice from lawyers on Tuesday. After ED summons was sent to Kejriwal, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) had said that even if Kejriwal goes to jail, he will run the government from there. At the same time, Kejriwal said that the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi is doing good work. For this reason, the BJP central government is trying to implicate him in fake cases. Let us inform that ED has already arrested former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh in the liquor scam case and sent them to jail.
ED and CBI allege that the AAP government of Delhi changed the policy of selling liquor. Liquor traders benefited from this change. There is also an allegation that the liquor traders gave a lot of money to the Aam Aadmi Party from the profits they got. Investigating agencies have also alleged that this money was used in Goa elections. At the same time, Aam Aadmi Party leaders including Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh and Kejriwal say that if the liquor scam took place by exchanging money, then why could not the CBI and ED recover this money.
