New Delhi. Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor Arvind Kejriwal may have to face increasing challenges going forward. Sources have revealed that Arvind Kejriwal was allegedly involved in spying on Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials. The investigating agency claims that it has evidence to support this allegation. It is said that these officers were under constant surveillance. On Thursday, the ED team seized some important documents from Kejriwal’s residence. Action has been initiated against Kejriwal in connection with the alleged liquor scam and related financial irregularities.
According to sources, Delhi CM Kejriwal was allegedly keeping surveillance on ED officials. Documents were seized during the raid, indicating possible wrongdoing. There are speculations that ED may take action in this regard, which may further complicate Kejriwal’s situation. ED officials have started preparations to crack down on Kejriwal.

These documents reportedly contain information about the families of ED officers. Details about the work, family and assets of some officials were reportedly compiled. These documents are considered illegal in nature. The ED team has sent these documents to its senior officials. It is believed that these documents will increase problems for Kejriwal.
‘ED will present evidence in court today’
Today for the first time ED will present evidence against Aam Aadmi Party in the court. ED has recorded statements of AAP candidates contesting elections in Goa. These candidates are accused of taking cash payments to contest elections. The ED alleges that the money is linked to an excise duty policy scam involving businessmen in South India, which was allegedly routed to AAP.
‘ED raided Kejriwal’s residence’
Earlier on Thursday evening, the ED team had raided Kejriwal’s residence and conducted a search operation. Kejriwal was interrogated for about two hours. After this, he was arrested and the investigation team took him to their office. Kejriwal spent Thursday night in ED custody. Meanwhile, Aam Aadmi Party has filed a caveat in the Supreme Court against the arrest of Kejriwal. The Supreme Court hearing is to be held before a bench of three judges. Meanwhile, the ED team will present Kejriwal in a Delhi court in the afternoon and seek custody.
‘ED says, we should also be heard’
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court is preparing for an urgent hearing on Kejriwal’s petition. A special bench of Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice MM Sundaresh and Justice Bela Trivedi will hear the Delhi Chief Minister’s plea. The Enforcement Directorate has also filed a caveat in the Supreme Court requesting that Kejriwal’s side be heard before taking any decision on his petition.
