In this season, go out of the house only when absolutely necessary. Also take care of liquid diet. School children should be given liquid diet in tiffin. If children, elders or elders are going out of the house, then keep the entire body covered. Walk wearing cotton and loose clothes. While leaving the house, definitely use an umbrella, hat or towel. So that we can protect ourselves from the sun. Keep consuming fluids every half or one hour.
Ways to avoid heat stroke
The doctor further said that during summer, the risk of heat stroke increases due to reduced amount of water in the body. Dizziness may also occur during this period. In case of heat stroke, keep the victim in a shady place and wipe the entire body with a wet cloth, then immediately take him to the nearest health center. Apart from this, if you feel dry mouth while walking on the road or feel thirsty again and again, then you must go to the nearest health center. Be sure to include liquid diet in your diet. Like consumption of lassi, sattu, amjhora, wood apple juice, watermelon etc.
