New Delhi. Two days ago, the Modi government had decided to immediately ban the import of laptops, tablets, personal computers and some types of servers from abroad. This was creating a problem that companies could not stop importing immediately and there could be a huge shortage of laptops, personal computers, tablets and servers in the country. Realizing this problem, the government has now decided to implement the ban on the import of these things from 1 November 2023.

Along with this, the possibility of users’ data reaching China without knowledge will also be less. Chandrasekhar also says that this should not be considered as the return of license raj.
