Amid the ongoing heavy violence and political crisis in Bangladesh, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has resigned. According to sources, Sheikh Hasina has also left the country after resigning. After Sheikh Hasina’s resignation, the Bangladesh Army Chief has said that an interim government will be formed in the country and the interim government will run the country for the time being. Apart from this, the Bangladesh Army Chief has also given information about when the situation in the country can become normal.

The Army Chief has also said that the entire problem will be resolved by today i.e. Monday night. The Army Chief has appealed to all the students to remain calm and return to their homes.

The army chief has said that representatives of major political parties were present in the discussion with the army.
More than 300 people died
In Bangladesh, clashes have taken place between protesters and Hasina’s supporters in different parts of the country. Protesters have entered the Prime Minister’s residence. More than 300 people have died in these clashes. Protesters have also occupied many important roads. The internet has been completely shut down. Meanwhile, workers of the main opposition party BNP have come out on the streets in large numbers, who are targeting workers of the ruling Awami League.
