Expansion
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has dealt another big blow to Ajinkya Rahane and Cheteshwar Pujara, who were dropped from the Test team. According to news agency PTI, changes have been made in the grades of both the senior players and they have been demoted. Pujara and Rahane have been sent from Grade-A to Grade-B.
At the same time, all-rounder Hardik Pandya, who is out of the team after the T20 World Cup, has also got a setback. He has been directly demoted from Grade-A to Grade-C. Venkatesh Iyer is playing the role of all-rounder in Team India instead of Hardik.
