Dr. Ankit Kumar of RML Hospital says that due to intense heat the body temperature remains high, in such a situation when we suddenly start taking bath as soon as we reach home due to heat, the body temperature starts changing. Heat and cold can cause many types of infections, it can increase the risk of sore throat and cold, in such a situation it is important to sit comfortably for at least half an hour after reaching home and then take a bath.
There are some people who take bath several times in summer. They feel that this will give them freshness. But this may cause harm to them. Frequent bathing can cause skin problems because it removes the natural oil present in the skin, causing the skin to become dry. Also, due to this you may have to face many skin related problems. So keep in mind that in summer you should take bath only twice, in the morning and after returning home, rest for a few minutes so that your body temperature comes back to room temperature.

do not drink cold water
Feeling very thirsty after coming back from the hot sun. In such a situation, most people make the mistake of drinking cold or ice water. Because coming from outside increases the body temperature. In such a situation, if you suddenly drink cold water, it will change the body temperature and you may have to face problems like cold, sore throat and cough.
Do not sit in AC
Avoid sitting in an AC room after strong sunlight, because the cool air of AC can give you relief from heat, but going to a very cold place can make you feel cold and hot. Due to which your health can be harmed.
