Alpine skier Arif Khan, India’s lone participant in the Winter Olympic Games, could not finish the race in the men’s slalom event on Wednesday, marking a disappointing end to the country’s campaign at the Games.
Arif, 31, from Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla district, finished 45th in giant slalom on Sunday but could not finish his first race in the slalom event at the Yanking National Alpine Skiing Center.
