The chief minister had said, “What happened is not right. I condemn it. The accused has been arrested by the police. But opposition parties and a section of the media are trying to give a political twist to the entire event. Me news. It has been found that there was a love affair between the accused and the victim. So why come to any conclusion before the completion of the investigation.”
