Assistant of Rural Works Department turned out to be the mastermind, revealed many secrets.
Patna. Big news related to the third phase teacher recruitment examination of Bihar Public Service Commission i.e. BPSC TRE 3 paper leak scandal has come to light. The same gang that leaked the constable recruitment exam paper has leaked the teacher reinstatement exam paper. The same gang had contacted 500 candidates for the teacher reinstatement examination and had taken a contract to help them get success in the examination for Rs 10 lakh each. Most of the arrested people are said to be residents of Nalanda district. Vishal Chaurasia, a resident of Vaishali, is posted in the Secretariat in Patna, he is the mastermind of the teacher reinstatement paper leak scandal. The biggest thing is that the question paper of Bihar Teacher Restoration Recruitment Examination TRE 3 was also printed in the same printing press in which the question paper for constable reinstatement was printed.
Vishal Chaurasia, the leader of the gang that leaked BPSC teacher recruitment exam question paper, had leaked the question paper of constable reinstatement. He made the disclosure before the Economic Offenses Unit after his arrest. In fact, Vishal Chaurasia was arrested by Balasore Police from Patna in July 2023 on charges of leaking the question paper of Junior Engineer examination in Odisha. After this he was suspended from the Rural Works Department. But, surprisingly, while being in Balasore jail, Vishal Charasia contacted many people and leaked the question paper of constable recruitment of Bihar Police.
According to the information received, among the people he contacted was Ajit Chauhan of UP. The same Ajit Chauhan, with the help of Virendra, who worked in a printing press, had leaked the question paper of the constable reinstatement examination of Bihar Police. Ajit Chauhan was friends with Kaushik Kumar, owner of Blessing Secure Private Limited Printing Press of Kolkata.
It is being told that when Vishal Chaurasia came to Patna after being released from jail in Odisha, teacher recruitment examination was being taken during this time. The thought of leaking the exam paper came to his evil mind and then with the help of some people he contacted the printing press owner Kaushik Kar and finally the question paper got leaked.
When the Economic Offenses Unit caught Vishal Chaurasia, his question paper did not have a barcode. There is a strong possibility that the question paper may have reached the mafia even before the barcode was printed. In the coming days, the Special Investigating Team of the SIT Economic Offenses Unit may also interrogate the owner of the printing press and some employees of Bihar Public Service Commission.
