Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray has announced to come to Ayodhya on June 5 to visit the Ram temple. Meanwhile, BJP MP Braj Bhushan Sharan Singh demonstrated his strength while opposing his visit. He took out a roadshow along with a large number of his supporters and said that he will not allow Raj Thackeray to enter the border of Ayodhya. Describing Thackeray’s protest as his personal matter other than the BJP, Braj Bhushan Singh declared, “Let me make it clear, my protest has nothing to do with my party, I am a descendant of Ram first, then North Indian and lastly.” I am a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Braj Bhushan Sharan Singh demonstrated strength from his ancestral residence in Vishnoharpur to Nandini Nagar Mahavidyalaya on Tuesday. During this, he did a road show with a huge convoy. After this, in a preparatory meeting held at the stadium of Nandini Nagar Mahavidyalaya, he called upon the people to strongly protest against the arrival of Raj Thackeray to Ayodhya. He declared that the insult of North Indians would no longer be tolerated. Talking to reporters, the BJP MP said, ‘Raj Thackeray is not Dabangg, he is a rat, a rat.’ The MP claimed that he has the support of the Marathas and considers Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj as his role model.
Will welcome Marathas, but Raj Thackeray is opposed
Braj Bhushan said that if the Marathas come, he will even give his life to welcome them, but he is opposed to only one person (Raj Thackeray), not the entire Maratha community. Earlier, addressing the meeting, the MP said that he is a follower of Modi ji’s ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’ and ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwas’. He said that he wants to ask Raj Thackeray why there is persecution of North Indians in Maharashtra? He claimed that if Raj Thackeray does not apologize to the North Indians, then leave the matter of today, if Raj Thackeray wants to land on the soil of UP, Bihar and Jharkhand in his entire lifetime, then North Indians will strongly oppose him.
Apologize to North Indians, only then will you get entry in Ayodhya
Earlier on May 5, Braj Bhushan Sharan Singh tweeted, protesting against MNS chief Raj Thackeray’s proposed visit to Ayodhya on June 5, ‘Till he publicly apologizes to the North Indians, they should not enter the border of Ayodhya. Will not allow Raj Thackeray, who humiliates North Indians, to enter the border of Ayodhya, tweeted Braj Bhushan Sharan Singh, BJP MP from Kaiserganj Lok Sabha constituency and one of the leading leaders of the Ram Mandir movement. In the same tweet, he further said, ‘Apologize with folded hands to all North Indians Raj Thackeray before coming to Ayodhya.’
Appeal to Yogi, do not meet Raj Thackeray
The six-time MP requested Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in a series of tweets, ‘I request Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath not to meet Raj Thackeray until Raj Thackeray publicly apologizes to North Indians. Needed.’ Referring to the Ram temple movement, the MP said that from the Ram temple movement to the construction of the temple, the role of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad and the common man has been the same. The Thackeray family has nothing to do with it. It is noteworthy that on April 17 last, Raj Thackeray had said in Pune that he would visit Ayodhya on June 5 to have darshan of Lord Ram.
