Bhilai. The officers of the Bhilai Steel Plant on Friday started the ‘Walk for Justice’ campaign to demand pay-fixation of junior officers 2008 and 2010 batch by the Officers’ Association.
Under this, all the officers left at 8.05 in the morning and reached the main gate of BSP on foot at 9.7 am. Seeing the officials of Bhilai Steel Plant going on foot instead of their car, everyone passing by stopped curiously and asked what was happening.
The BSP officers also spontaneously cooperated in this campaign to correct the injustice done to the junior officers and get them justice.
Today, in the normal shift of the plant, more than 900 officers had walked to their respective workplaces in the plant. “Walk for Justice” organized today is on behalf of each and every officer to bring justice to the junior officers who have been facing injustice for the last 14 years. It was a wake-up call to the management.
Management has so far adopted a lax and lax attitude in resolving this obvious issue. Due to which the anger and pain of these officers has come out in the form of ‘Walk for Justice’.
BSP OA President and SAFI Chairman Narendra Kumar Banchore again urged the management to resolve this burning issue without delay. In this way it is not proper in any way to keep more than 1600 officers agitated.
The Officers Association is hopeful that the management will understand these issues and take a just and equitable solution at the earliest.

Those who finish the work on time in BSP should be honored
The office bearers of Bhilai Ispat Mazdoor Sangh met Chief General Manager SK Ghosh and apprised him of the labor related problems in the shop area. In which the stand of vehicles has been made for the employees of Machine Shop-1, and Building 2.
, Animals sit in it and make it dirty, due to which there is a problem in keeping the vehicles. It should be expanded systematically. The employees of Machine Shop One have to face difficulties to go to the toilet at night. For this, a small systematic toilet should be constructed inside. Also, the employees who complete their job well on time with complete safety.
They should be encouraged by honoring them with a special citation. Contract workers are kept under mental pressure by not getting their salary on time, paying less salary, not depositing their CPF on time and making gate pass for only one month each.
So that they could not raise their voice against their exploitation. If any worker raises his voice in this regard, then he is removed from work the next month.
Such complaints are constantly being received by the office bearers of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh and our union is determined to stop this exploitation.
Chief General Manager Ghosh took everything seriously and assured that whatever problems are there in the shop area. It will be resolved at the earliest and the complaints received regarding the contract workers will be called and discussed by the contractors. Necessary steps will be taken to avoid any kind of exploitation.
On behalf of the union, they were also assured that the unions are with you whatever steps they will take in the interest of the plant and the employees. , Ravindra Rahul, RK Singh Anurag Mahulkar, Uma Maheshwara Rao, Santosh Singh, Anil Singh were there.
The team of union officials reached the coke oven repair shop and met the employees there, there is anger among the people that the unions who have signed the wage settlement did not know what the fate of the sub committee was. The results of all the previous committees of SAIL have not come yet, then why all the matters were not resolved in NJCS itself. All the issues of our rights have been put in cold storage and the unions who have signed by making a sub-committee have been signed in haste.
He is claiming to fight the street fight for the sake of appearance, whereas whatever is happening today, the SAIL employees are suffering the fruits of their own misdeeds. Similarly, people’s questions have started to arise on the pension scheme that in the salary agreement of 2007, 46 percent of the parks were not taken, as well as 9 percent of the pension to the officers and 6 percent of the pension to the employees, on what basis were these agreements negotiated. The unions of that time, which had caused the loss of lakhs of employees, should not point fingers at each other and take a peek in their own pockets.
The angry employees have made up their mind to teach a lesson to the unions in the election of recognition in the coming time. Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh is ready to fight at any level for the rights of the employees. Today Vice President Som Bharti Amrit Devangan Giri Goswami SK Singh Prabhakar Verma Anil Sahu and other employees were present.
