The striking workers will also leave work on Tuesday and hold a huge rally in the ground adjoining the Parade Ground of Sector-17. People can also get upset due to this strike. If the electricity goes out, then everything including classes of children, PU exams, work from home can be affected. Those people who are corona infected and are in home isolation will have to face more problems.

The corporation will take the decision to increase or decrease the time of drinking water supply according to the power cut.
Generator ready in ISBT-17The CTU management has fixed the generator system at the bus stand. Generator will have auto cut service. When the power goes out, this big generator will start automatically. It will not be dark at the bus stand. Adequate arrangements have also been made for diesel. SS Gurraj Singh of ISBT-17 said that due to the strike, electricity will be supplied from the generator at the bus stand, so that there will be no problem in case of power outage.
There was a one-day strike on February 1, there was an outcry
Due to the privatization of the electricity department, the employees went on strike on February 1. People had to suffer throughout the day. In many parts of the city, there was power failure for 20 to 24 hours. People should not reach the complaint center in a fit of rage, due to which police were also deployed at 13 centers. After the power outage, people kept calling the helpline numbers of the electricity department for the whole day but the numbers were not found. Even if I got the number, no one picked it up. People were upset throughout the day but people did not get any reply from the department as to when the electricity would come.
