Bilaspur.Chhattisgarh High Court New Roster: According to the new roster, cases will be heard in the Chhattisgarh High Court from Monday. The Registrar General of the High Court has made this arrangement by issuing a notification on Friday. Chief Justice AK Goswami will first hear in the Division Bench. After that, the petitions will be heard in the Single Bench.
According to the roster released by the Registrar General, the first division bench will be headed by Chief Justice Goswami and Justice Gautam Chordia. In this, in addition to writ appeal, writ petition, public interest litigation, habeas corpus, petitions and appeals related to tax will be heard. The division bench of Justice Gautam Bhaduri and Justice Deepak Tiwari will hear matters related to civil, commercial matters and company appeals.
The third division bench will be of Justice RCS Anat and Justice Arvind Chandel. In this, all criminal cases will be heard. The Registrar General has also arranged for the hearing of petitions in 12 single benches. The first single bench will be of the Chief Justice. In this, matters related to arbitration will be heard.
Justice Bhaduri will hear the cases of writ petition, criminal and transfer appeal. Justice Sanjay K Agrawal will hear all types of writ petitions. Justice P Sem Koshi will hear the writ petitions. Justice Sanjay Aggarwal will hear the cases related to the criminal appeals before 2006, the year 2014 J Criminal Revision.
Justice RCS Samant will hear the old petitions on the instructions of the Chief Justice. Justice Arvind Singh Chandel will hear the 2005 criminal appeal. Justice PP Sahu will hear writ petitions and miscellaneous cases.
Justice Gautam Choudhary’s 2013 Criminal Appeal case. Justice NK Vyas will hear second appeal, first appeal and transfer civil matters. Justice Deepak Tiwari will hear the bail cases. The new roster information has been officially released by the High Court Registrar. Along with this, it has also been uploaded on the departmental website of the High Court.
