If high cholesterol patients consume these two things properly, the effect will be visible within a few days. Cholesterol patients should grind flax seeds into powder and consume it with lukewarm water in the morning on an empty stomach. Consuming 1 teaspoon of flax seeds with a glass of water daily can provide relief from cholesterol to a great extent. Flaxseed is an excellent source of fiber, consuming which can also improve stomach health. Linseed is also a panacea for constipation patients.
Doctor Saroj Gautam told that apart from flaxseed, consuming cinnamon can help in getting rid of cholesterol. For this, people should grind the cinnamon stick and make it into a powder and take a pinch of the powder with lukewarm water early in the morning on an empty stomach. By doing this, cholesterol will fall rapidly and health will get tremendous benefits. However, cinnamon should not be consumed more than a pinch. Overall, if a person tries these remedies given by Ayurveda, he can get relief from the problem of cholesterol to a great extent. To get rid of the problem of cholesterol, it is very important to follow a healthy diet, regular exercise and a good lifestyle.
