The Vice Chancellor of Mohanlal Sukhadia University, surrounded by controversies from Udaipur city to the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, Prof. The government has constituted a committee to investigate the works of America Singh. He is facing several charges including financial irregularities and abuse of office. The committee consists of a vice-chancellor, a registrar and a financial advisor.
According to the orders of the government, the Vice Chancellor of Guru Gobind Singh Tribal University of Banswara, Prof. IV Trivedi, Sanjay Singh, Financial Advisor of RNT Medical College Udaipur, Abu Sufian Chauhan, Registrar of Haridev Joshi Journalism University, Dr. Manish Gupta, Joint Secretary, Technical Education Department are the members of the inquiry committee.

During the budget session this month, Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly and Udaipur City MLA Gulabchand Kataria, MLA Ramswaroop Lamba, Phool Singh Meena had brought calling attention motions on them in matters related to financial, academic and administrative irregularities. In this matter, the Higher Education Minister, taking the matter seriously, constituted a committee and assured to conduct an inquiry. In this matter, Sanyam Lodha, advisor to CM, also spoke to Prof. Raised voice against Singh in the assembly.
