It says that people who do 16:8 window fasting have a higher risk of death from heart disease. Scientists say that limiting eating time to only 8 hours or less in a day can badly affect heart health. Compared to people who eat something or the other for 12 to 16 hours a day, those who eat only every 8 hours have a 91 percent higher risk of death from heart disease. Researchers have said these things after analyzing the data of more than 20,000 American adults included in the study.

During this time, they eat food for the whole day only in 8 hours and fast for the remaining 16 hours. However, many health experts also do not recommend this type of fasting for weight loss and instead promote weight loss in healthy ways.
