Bengaluru: After Delhi and Ahmedabad, now there is a stir in Bengaluru due to the bomb email. Three five star hotels in Bengaluru have received bomb threats. DCP South East Bengaluru said that emails threatening to blow up three big hotels have been received. The Oterra is also included in these hotels. After this information, the bomb squad team is on the spot and the search operation is going on.
According to the police, after receiving information about the email, bomb disposal and detection teams have been deployed on the spot. The hotels in Bengaluru that have received bomb threat emails are all five star hotels. A day before this, the Home Ministry had received emails containing bomb threats. However, it later proved to be a fake threat.
According to news agency PTI, police said that after the email, the premises were searched. Police said that three five star hotels in the city received bomb threats but after investigation it turned out to be fake. Police sources said that after receiving threats through email to the hotels, a massive search operation was carried out. Later this threat was proved to be fake.
Let us tell you that this threatening email to these five star hotels of Bangalore has come in the backdrop of the bomb blast in the city’s Rameshwaram Cafe on March 1. Earlier, schools in Ahmedabad and Delhi had received bomb threats. However, both the places were found to be fake. A day before, on Wednesday, North Block had received a bomb threat, but later it was also said to be a rumour.
