The Enforcement Directorate has now summoned Durgesh Pathak, MLA from party Rajinder Nagar. ED has asked Pathak to appear today itself for questioning in the liquor policy scam case. Pathak has been associated with the party since the formation of Aam Aadmi and his name comes among the special people of Arvind Kejriwal.
Durgesh Pathak was in-charge of the party during the assembly elections held in Goa. ED has claimed that the money laundered related to liquor policy scam was used during Goa elections, it is believed that on the basis of this, ED is now preparing to crack down on Durgesh Pathak. At the same time, ED had recently claimed in the court that Kejriwal told during interrogation that Vijay Nair used to report not to me in this matter but to Aam Aadmi Party ministers Atishi and Saurabh Bhardwaj.
