New Delhi. The dispute over the Gyanvapi disputed structure of Varanasi is not taking its name to end. The matter was to be heard today but due to the strike of the lawyers, the hearing could not take place. The court was to hear today the petition for the survey of the wall and the rest of the temple from all four sides of the Shivling. But the hearing has been postponed due to the strike. Meanwhile, the Professor of History of Delhi University has given an objectionable statement regarding the Shivling found in the disputed structure of Gyanvapi. He has made very bad remarks about Shivling. He is now being criticized on social media for this statement and the leaders of the parties are taking a dig at the professor.
Samajwadi Party leader pleaded with PM Modi
In fact, Ratan Lal, a professor of history of Delhi University, has said such a thing about Shivling on social media that he has come under the target of people. While sharing the photo of Shivling on Facebook, he wrote – If this is Shiva Linga, then it seems that maybe Shiva was also circumcised. Funny emoji have also been posted with this. After this post, Professor Ratan Lal has been accused of hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus. How can we tolerate such nonsense from a professor @dpradhanbjp ji?
Coming from a professor makes it more ridiculous bcz he can influence hundreds of innocent students.
