The US State Department said, Blinken spoke to Jaishankar about Russia’s pre-planned, unprovoked and unwarranted attack on Ukraine. Jaishankar also held talks with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell and UK Foreign Minister Liz Truss on the Ukraine issue.
