Nutritionist Sakshi Lalwani tells in her Instagram video that ghee actually contains medium-chain fatty acids, which turns ghee into an energy booster. Due to this, ghee helps in fat burning. Not only this, ghee also contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which supports weight loss by reducing body fat. Along with this, it also promotes lean muscle mass. Ghee contains vitamins A, D, E and K as well as antioxidants.
Also provides relief from constipation
That means the ghee which you are considering as the enemy of your weight, actually proves to be your friend in the process of weight loss. Not only this, consumption of ghee can also save you from problems like constipation or acidity. Dietician Shweta Shah tells in her video that if you have any problem like constipation then you should start your day with one spoon of ghee. If you start your day by eating one spoon of ghee on an empty stomach, you will not have the problem of constipation. It also works to control your sugar level throughout the day.
