Kotputli-Bahrod. A weekly review meeting was held on Monday under the chairmanship of District Collector Kalpana Aggarwal. Intensive reviews of public welfare schemes, budget announcements and departmental activities were done in the meeting.
The District Collector, while reviewing the prevention of seasonal diseases, summer contingency work, power supply, nutrition tracker, Palanhar Yojana, Chief Minister Jal Swavalamban Abhiyan 2.0, Water Life Mission, Power Supply, Medical Services and Drinking Water Distribution etc., instructed the concerned officials to complete the works with quality and timeliness.
While reviewing the implementation of budget announcements, the District Collector, while ensuring the surface implementation as per the rules, directed the common man to provide early benefits. He instructed that all departments should work with mutual coordination. The coming time is sensitive from the point of view of drinking water, electricity and health services, it should be ensured that the common man does not have any kind of inconvenience. He also instructed to ensure the availability of basic needs like drinking water and electricity in schools and Anganwadi centers on priority.
He asked the PHED officer to edit the work with quality with quality in view of the heat in view of the status of tubewells and hand pump commissions under the budget announcement, under the budget announcement. He said that the officers should put birds for birds in the offices and motivate the common man and get more and more birds with the help of Bhamashahs. In view of the heat, he asked to make proper arrangements for the common people in MNREGA work sites, all state offices, PHC, CHC, sub centers etc. He said that ensure necessary facilities for farmers at MSP center. He directed CMHO to ensure adequate drug reserves in view of heat wave and seasonal diseases and keep ORS in adequateness, keep the patient’s entry and discharge documentation update at medical centers. Under the monitoring system in the city, the city council officer gave necessary instructions including restricting the concerned for regular sanitation, regular field inspection.
He said that the officers should go among the common people in the field through night chaupal and public hearing, listen to their problems, raise the phones of the common man, listen to problems with sensitivity and solve them regularly and inspect the offices regularly and submit a report by taking stock of the development works at the ground level.
Discussing pending cases on the contact portal, he asked the authorities to work for the benefit of the common people with dedication and sensitivity, resolve the quick problem, reduce the average disposal time and ensure timely disposal of cases of public problems received from public hearing and public representatives. He asked to correspond all state works through e-filing.
In the meeting, Additional District Collector Omprakash Saharan reviewed the compliance of the instructions given in the earlier meeting and while reviewing the contact portal and public hearing cases, directed that all the departments should ensure a time -bound disposal of pending cases and update data regularly on all portals. Reviewing the progress of implementation of budget announcements, he said that the implementation of all announcements should be completed in the deadline as per the priorities of the state government. In the meeting, while discussing about the campaign in the name of Hariyalas Rajasthan and a tree mother, he asked to prepare the plants in the nursery.
ACEO Zilla Parishad Mahendra Saini, District Logistics Officer Shashi Shekhar Sharma, CMHO Dr. Ashish Singh Shekhawat and other district level officers were present in the meeting.
