He further said that every person plays some sport or the other. In such a situation, those who do not have time to go to the gym, they should walk for 20 to 30 minutes at home. One thing that should be taken special care at that time is that one should not talk to anyone on phone etc., one should walk up the stairs 4 to 5 times daily in the morning. Apart from this, you can also do cycling, jumping and rope jumping. By doing this you can lose your weight.
