He told that in case of low blood pressure, people should practice Surya Namaskar and Kapal Bharti Pranayam regularly. Apart from this, Balasana should be practiced if there is a problem of high blood pressure. This keeps high blood pressure under control. He told that in earlier times, a large number of people used to pay obeisance at religious places and to their teachers and elders by lying down in Balasana Yoga posture. But now this tradition is rarely seen. By doing this high blood pressure remains under control.
