Recipe to make Makhmali Paneer Kofta
To make Paneer Kofta, you have to take 2 medium sized boiled potatoes and mash them.
Now add 20 grams of cheese, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 2 teaspoons cornflour powder and mix well.
After mixing all the things, make round balls from the potatoes.
You can keep the size of kofta as small or big as per your choice.
Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the koftas on medium flame.
Fry the koftas till they become light golden in color and take them out on some paper.
Now to prepare the gravy, add 2 tablespoons oil in the pan.
Add cumin seeds, 2 cardamoms, 1 clove, 6-7 cashew nuts, 2 tsp melon seeds in oil and fry everything lightly.
Add 2 cups chopped tomatoes in oil, add 1 green chilli, some coriander stalks.
Add salt and red chilli in it and add half cup of water, cover and cook.
After cooking, turn off the gas and when it cools down, put it in a mixer and grind it.
Put 1 spoon of oil in the pan, add prepared gravy and add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi and garam masala.
Now when it gets cooked a little, add the koftas to the gravy. While serving, put some cream or butter on the kofta and garnish with green coriander.
Tasty Makhmali Paneer Kofta is ready instantly, eat it with roti, paratha or puri.
