Make sprouts from peanuts, mung dal and gram
First of all, soak 1 handful of black gram or white gram if you like in water.
To prepare sprouts, soak 1 handful of moong dal and 1 handful of peanuts in water overnight.
In the morning, drain the water from peanuts, gram and green gram and wash them with clean water.
Now finely chop 1 medium sized onion, cut 2-3 cherry tomatoes into four pieces.
Take 1 green chilli and some green coriander, chop them finely and prepare some boiled corn along with it.
If you want, you can also mix finely chopped carrots and some lightly boiled broccoli in it.
Now put all the vegetables in a bowl and mix 1-1 handful of soaked peanuts, gram and green gram in it.
Mix all the ingredients and add salt, some ground black pepper and chaat masala.
While serving, squeeze lemon over the sprouts and eat the sprouts to your heart’s content.
You can also add soaked raisins or almonds to the sprouts to change the taste.
