New Delhi. Ever since Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut came under the radar of ED, it is being claimed that former CM Uddhav Thackeray and Shiv Sainiks will not bow down to anyone. Sanjay Raut has also made up his mind to accept the challenge. At the same time, Shiv Sena is attacking the central government on the pretext of Sanjay Raut. But amidst the attacks of Shiv Sena, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is also ready to answer. It is claimed that after the arrest of Sanjay Raut, the investigating agency has strong grounds and the court has also accepted these arguments of the ED. Please tell that Sanjay Raut has been sent to ED custody till August 4. The ED claims that Sanjay Raut has got direct benefit in the transaction of money. Sanjay Raut has helped the main accused Praveen Raut. Now a new war has broken out in the politics of Maharashtra regarding these allegations. Shiv Sena is calling it a conspiracy against the Thackeray family and accusing them of suppressing those who raise their voices.
After the arrest of Sanjay Raut, there is a political turmoil in the state. On the one hand, where BJP leader Subhash Bhamre has described this whole matter as a matter of investigation for a long time. On the other hand, Shiv Sena leader Anil Desai said that the voice of the opposition is being suppressed. The matter of Sanjay’s arrest even reached the Parliament. Other opposition parties, including the Shiv Sena, created a ruckus demanding a discussion on the misuse of central agencies. Shiv Sena MP Priyanka Chaturvedi also gave adjournment notice for immediate discussion. But the government rejected it.
On the other hand, ED is carrying forward its investigation amid political allegations. Connecting the strings between the scam and Sanjay Raut. Please tell that Praveen Raut got the job of making 3000 flats. In this, 672 displaced people were to be given. But in 2011, the builder sold some part of the land to another builder. In 2020, Praveen Raut’s name surfaced in the PMC Bank scam investigation. After which it was found that his wife Madhuri Rawat gave a loan of 55 lakh rupees to Sanjay Raut’s wife Varsha Raut. ED is questioning this transaction and linking it with corruption.
The ED has also attached assets worth Rs 5 crore of Sanjay Raut and Rs 2 crore of his wife in the case. But since the beginning of the ED’s action, Sanjay Raut has been denying every allegation and calling the ED’s action a part of a bigger conspiracy. Now ED will answer all the questions from Sanjay Raut in remand. After which the politics in Maharashtra may heat up.
