In yoga, Pawanmuktasana, Bhujangasana and Balasana increase blood circulation and strengthen the abdominal muscles, due to which the symptoms of piles can be removed. Apart from this, yoga keeps the mental state stable and promotes general health. Which provides relief from the pain of piles. Gokul Bisht has explained these three asanas in detail.
Balasana
To do Balasana, first of all bend your legs and sit in Vajrasana. After that, take both your hands up and bend forward. After that take your palms on the ground. After this, take your head towards the ground. When your forehead touches the ground, stop. Now stay in this position for 30 seconds and take a long breath in and out.
Bhujangasana
To do this exercise, lie straight on your stomach on the bed or yoga mat and place both your hands in front of your shoulders. After that, slowly bring both your hands in front of the shoulders and keep the entire body straight. After this, lift your upper part with your arms and keeping your legs straight, keep the part above the waist in the air. Stay in this posture for 30-60 seconds.
Pawanmuktasana
This asana proves to be very effective in piles. This asana also removes body fatigue. To do this asana, lie down on the bed and fold both the legs together. After that, put your knees on the chest and gather the legs with both hands. (You can see these asanas being done in the video above.)
