BJP leader KS Eshwarappa has been expelled from Karnataka by the party for six years. After being expelled from the party, Eshwarappa is determined and has said that he will contest and win the elections. Eshwarappa said, “I have decided to contest the elections as a non-party candidate, I still have hope, I am not afraid of any expulsion. I will contest and win and go back to BJP again. I I have contested elections five times on the lotus symbol.”

Let us tell you that Eshwarappa, who has decided to contest the election as an independent from Shivamogga constituency, has been expelled from the party for 6 years yesterday by the BJP “on charges of embarrassing the party”. The BJP’s decision to expel the former leader of opposition from the Legislative Council comes on the last day of withdrawal of candidature for the third phase of Lok Sabha elections to be held in Karnataka on May 7. Eshwarappa, along with Yediyurappa and late HN Ananth Kumar, is credited with building the BJP at the grassroots level in Karnataka.
Eshwarappa was angry because of this
Eshwarappa, a former Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka and President of the state unit of BJP, was angry over his son KE Kantesh not getting the Lok Sabha election ticket from Haveri. He had blamed state BJP president BY Vijayendra and his father BS Yediyurappa for this and also accused them. Let us tell you that BJP has given election ticket to former Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai from Haveri, while Vijayendra’s brother and MP BY Raghavendra has been made the BJP candidate from Shimoga. Eshwarappa was angry because of this.
