New Delhi: Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi is currently busy campaigning for the Lok Sabha elections. In this sequence, he is on a tour of Chhattisgarh. Exclusive conversation with Priyanka Gandhi India TV here in Rajnandgaon. He talked about Modi’s guarantees and promises and the preparations of Congress. Along with this, he also targeted Bharatiya Janata Party. He accused BJP of diverting people’s attention during elections. Priyanka Gandhi said that if people vote after thinking carefully and understanding the issues, then BJP will never be able to win the elections.
“They just make promises.”
When Priyanka Gandhi was asked about Modi’s guarantee, she said, “He had promised to give Rs 15 lakh as a guarantee, but the money did not come into anyone’s account. He talked about 2 crore jobs, but We did not get employment. We fulfilled our promise in Karnataka, we fulfilled our promise in Himachal and this is our proof. Can be called anything.”
“How will the situation change?”
When Priyanka Gandhi was asked that Congress’ performance in the last 10 years has not been good, then what has happened in 2024 that “will change the situation and overshadow Modi’s guarantee?” On this, Priyanka Gandhi said, “It depends on the public, the public will become aware and if they understand properly, they will think about progress, inflation and employment. If the public uses its discretion, it will definitely be in favor of Congress.” Will cast her vote.”
“BJP diverts people’s attention”
Priyanka Gandhi said, “In the last 10 years, many big things have been talked about and many promises have also been made, but the circumstances of the common man have not changed. There has been no progress in anyone’s life. If the public thinks about its issues- If you vote properly then I think that BJP leaders will divert people’s attention during elections. Votes on the basis of Aadhaar.
