Here Bhoomi Pujan of various development works took place in the Shaheed Bhima Nayak Government College of the area at a cost of about eight crores. Ten thousand students of the college will be benefited by the completion of two new facilities, laboratory and other development works.
District in-charge Minister Hardeep Singh Dung and State Cabinet Minister Prem Singh Patel, Rajya Sabha member Dr. Sumersingh Solanki, Lok Sabha MP Gajendra Singh Patel on Monday performed Bhoomi Pujan of the infrastructure development works to be done by the World Bank project at Shaheed Bhima Nayak Government College. On completion of this work, 10 thousand students of the college will get benefit. During this, Minister duo Hardeep Singh Dung, Prem Singh Patel while addressing the general public said that the Prime Minister of the country and the Chief Minister of the state are providing better and better education facilities to the youth. Along with this, the two ministers expressed confidence that taking advantage of this modern facility available in the college, every youth of this tribal-dominated area will fulfill their dream and contribute in the development of the state and the country.
Smart rooms will be built with new buildings and laboratories
College Principal Dr. LN Gupta and World Bank Project Nodal Officer Dr. Pramod Pandit informed that Madhya Pradesh Police Housing Board will get the construction works done with the amount of Rs.8 crore received from the World Bank. All the work will be completed in one year. On completion of these works, two storey buildings will be constructed at two places. In which the facility of undergraduate and postgraduate laboratories of the Department of Chemistry, Zoology and Physics will be available. Along with this, smart rooms will also be constructed for the latest studies to the students. During this, BJP District President Om Soni, General Secretary Vikram Chauhan, Amit Sharma, Shubham Pandey, Vishal Panwar, Sachin Chauhan, Ankush Bhavsar and a large number of students and professors and staff were present.
