In fact, Maruti Suzuki is offering discounts on its Arena line-up of cars this month.
That is, buyers can avail cash discounts, corporate benefits and exchange offers on models like Alto, S-Presso, Celerio, Swift, DZire, WagonR and Vitara Brezza this month. Let us see how much you can save on these models:
Maruti Alto Discount
Maruti Suzuki is offering a discount of up to Rs 36,000 on its popular hatchback Alto, let us tell you, this hatchback has been in the market for almost 20 years, but even today its customers have not reduced. The Alto is powered by a sole 796cc engine and is offered mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. Although it gets the option of both petrol and CNG, but the company is not offering a discount on the CNG variant.
Maruti S-Presso Discount
S-Presso customers can avail benefits up to Rs 36,000 on this car which includes cash discount, corporate offers and exchange bonus. Like the Alto, there is no offer on the CNG variant of the S-Presso. The S-Presso is powered by a 1.0-litre petrol engine producing 68hp, mated to both manual and AMT gearbox options.
Maruti Suzuki WagonR
Maruti Suzuki WagonR is currently available with two petrol engines 1.0-litre K10 and 1.2-litre K12 and comes with both manual and AMT gearboxes. The 1.2-litre variants of the WagonR are available with benefits up to Rs 31,000, while the 1.0-litre variants are available with discounts of up to Rs 26,000. At the same time, there is no offer on the 1.0-litre CNG version of this car.
Maruti Suzuki Swift
Currently in its third generation, the Maruti Suzuki Swift is powered by a 1.2-litre DualJet petrol engine producing 90hp of power, though it is also priced slightly higher than its rivals. But it remains a hugely popular hatchback due to its sleek design. The Swift is currently being offered with a discount of up to Rs 27,000, though the base LXI trim of the Swift is being offered with a discount of Rs 17,000.
Maruri Dzire
Swift’s sedan sibling DZire is also available with a 1.2-litre DualJet petrol engine producing 90hp and mated to a 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox. The DZire is one of the strong selling models from Maruti, and like the Swift, the car gets a comfortable and spacious cabin. This month the DZire is getting a maximum discount of up to Rs 27,000.
Maruti Suzuki Celerio
The recently launched Celerio is being offered in February with discounts of up to Rs 16,000. The car is powered by a 1.0-litre petrol engine producing 67hp, which comes mated to manual and AMT gearbox options. The new Celerio also has the right to be the most fuel-efficient petrol car in the country. However, the top-spec variants of the Celerio are quite expensive.
