New Delhi: The central government’s scheme ‘Agneepath’ scheme is being opposed in many parts of the country. Protests are taking place in many states including Haryana, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. The youth have come out on the streets and are doing arson and stone pelting. In Haryana’s Rewari, protesting students blocked the National Highway and torched several vehicles parked on the roads. The youth allege that the government is directly fooling them and the future of the youth is in danger with this scheme. However, in the meantime, the government has tried to reduce the confusion about the Agneepath scheme and has given an explanation. Answer- Under this scheme, job opportunities will increase for the youth in the army. The government has decided to increase the recruitment of Agni Veers in the army in the coming years.

Answer- There will be no change in this regiment system. On the contrary, it will be stronger. Under the scheme, the best and strong fire fighters will be selected and work will be done to strengthen the army.

Answer- India is a country of youth and the army of every country rests on the shoulders of the youth. At present, there is a 50-50 average of experienced and youth in the scheme.
Myth- Agniveer who completes 4 years can become a threat to society and terrorism ally?
Answer- The youth who wear army uniform for 4 years will be devoted to the country for the rest of their lives. People retire from the army every year but they never join hands with anti-national forces. This is like directly pointing fingers at the ideals and values of the soldiers.
