Gwalior Bhagwat News: Gwalior (Naiduniya Representative). Shrimad Bhagwat Katha Week continues in Madhav Bal Niketan. On Thursday, the third day of the story, Bhagwatacharya Pt. Ghanshyam Shastri Maharaj said that many sins are committed every day knowingly or unknowingly in the life of a human being. Their atonement before God is the only way to get salvation. Those who remember the Lord with selfless devotion, improve both their birth and death. When the Lord incarnates, He comes with Maya. Ordinary man takes Maya to be eternal and starts considering his body as the prime.
While narrating the story of Dhruva, Bhagwatacharya told that Maharaj Uttanapada had two queens, Suniti and Suruchi. Although Suniti was a great queen, King Uttanapada’s love for Suruchi was more. Dhruva was going from his home for penance, on the way he met the deity Narada. He asked Dhruva to do penance for Lord Vishnu by chanting Kva Namo Bhagwate Vasudevaya. Dhruv, listening to Narada’s words, stood on one leg and did severe penance for six months. Lord Vishnu was pleased with Dhruva’s penance and granted him the boon of attaining the highest position. He said that devotion to God should be done with full heart. Not incomplete. Some people remember God with their eyes closed, but their mind is fixed elsewhere. Due to this condition the worship of man becomes useless. God is hungry for love and worship. Chappan Bhog is also accepted only when a devotee offers them wholeheartedly. We should give this education to our generation also. Some youths are confused, they have a gleam of western culture in their eyes. You and I can overcome this by giving them advice. Teach them the lesson of Indian culture by telling them the difference between good and bad. Our culture teaches to respect elders. On this occasion, Parikshit Pawan Bhatnagar, Vijay Laxmi Bhatnagar, Jagatguru Anandeshwar Maharaj, Suresh Samrat, Ashok Jadoun, Manoj Mutatkar, Sanjay Dhupar, Vaishali Dhupar, Mamta Bhilwar, Mohan Bhilwar, Ashish Srivastava, Surendra Srivastava, including the chairman of the institution, Nutan Srivastava, Vice President Indira Mangal, Secretary Shyam Srivastava, Co-Secretary Manoj Dubey, Treasurer Anoop Srivastava and many other devotees were present.
