Gwalior Board Exam 2022: Priyank Sharma, Gwalior Naiduniya. Under the board examination of Board of Secondary Education (Mashim), one and a half lakh copies of other districts of the state have been sent to Gwalior for examination from the headquarters located in Bhopal. A time limit of 20 days has been set for checking these copies. To check these copies, Padma School in Kampu has been made an evaluation center. Evaluation of these copies will be started from next March 5.
For the evaluation work, subject experts are being engaged by the officers of the School Education Department.
As the examinations of class X and XII classes have reached the final round, preparations for the evaluation of the copies have started. In the first phase, the copies of the examinations held till February 28 will be evaluated. This time after evaluation, the evaluator will have to immediately enter the copy numbers on the board’s website. Most of the major subjects’ exams will be held by March 8. After this the evaluation work will be accelerated. A teacher will be given a minimum of 30 answer sheets for evaluation and a maximum of 45 answer sheets to be checked. Mashim has implemented a new system from this year to make the evaluation work error free and transparent. In this, after the evaluation of the copy, its marks will have to be recorded on the website of the board immediately. After this, there will be no possibility of any kind of error, as well as there will be no mistake in preparing the result. With this new system, the result can also be prepared quickly. Special arrangements will be made at the center for the privacy and security of the copies. He is kept in the strong room at Padma School. No unauthorized person will be able to enter the centre. Further, for the sake of confidentiality, taking the evaluator inside the mobile center will be prohibited.
