Gwalior Court News: Gwalior. New Zealand Representative. Judicial Magistrate First Class Pushpendra Singh Gwalior, accused Teni alias Dharmendra son of Satish Jain, aged 42 years, resident behind Kailash Talkies, found Gwalior guilty in section 49(1) (a) of the Excise Act, for 6 months. sentenced to rigorous imprisonment and punished with a fine of Rs.500. Though the accused was released on bail, he has been given time for appeal. So that the accused can appeal against his sentence and try to save himself.

On which the offense was registered against the said person and the charge sheet was presented before the court. The accused argued in defense that he has been falsely implicated. There is no evidence against him, so he should be released. The court, after agreeing with the prosecution evidence and arguments, sentenced the accused.
