Gwalior Court News: Gwalior, New Dunia Rep. On the orders of the court, a case has been registered against three constables including SI posted in Dabra City police station of Gwalior district and former Mandi president of Mau in Bhind district, after entering the house with a woman and molesting her. The woman had presented a complaint in the court, due to which the court took cognizance and ordered to register a case against everyone. Along with this, orders have been issued to all to appear in the court on March 29.
Advocate Damodar Jatav, who presented the complaint on behalf of the woman, said that on October 26, 2018, SI Sanju Yadav, constable Avinash Patsaria, Ramvaran Lodhi, Bhanu Yadav, along with the former Mandi president of Mau, reached the victim’s house and Lakhan Singh. Asked about Baghel. When the victim refused, everyone had abused and assaulted the woman. In this regard, the victim had also given applications to the police officers, but due to lack of action, she filed a complaint in the court. On this complaint, the court had registered a case under section 190 on the five by Judge Sonal Jadoun and issued summons to appear in the court on March 29.
This was the case: According to constable Avinash Patsaria, who was accused in this case, the police team had gone to Kiraul in search of warranties, where they got information about the presence of miscreants in a house. When he reached that house, there was a miscreant Lakhan Baghel waving his katta. When the police rushed to nab him, he called his companions and beat up the police team. A case of attempt to murder was registered against Lakhan Baghel and his associates in this case. More than 40 cases, including attempt to murder, are registered against Lakhan in different police stations and he was murdered by the villagers a few months back.
