In this, a demand has been made to make high risk pregnancy units prominently in rural areas including every delivery center of the district.

Their blood group being negative, becoming a mother at a very old age or at a very young age, repeatedly dying of children during childbirth or not having children, having children in the womb, child twisted, upside down or twins are also a sign of danger. it occurs. The delivery of pregnant women with such symptoms comes in the category of high risk pregnancy.
Benefit from High Dependency Unit
CMHO says that pregnant women reach the hospital during labor pain. By then his condition becomes very bad, this condition is often seen in rural areas. In such a situation, doctors refer him to a higher center. When she reaches the Higher Center, the situation has become quite complicated. Even in such a situation, women fall in the high risk pregnancy category. If they are kept under observation in HDU seven days before the date of delivery, the risk during delivery will be less.

It is proposed to set up high dependency units in dispensaries like Bhitarwar, Dabra, Ghatigaon, Mohana, Hastinapur, Hazira, District Hospital, Laxmiganj, Thatipur etc. From the treatment of pregnant to the arrangement of food will be done here.
