In tribes the word dharma is rooted in conduct. Religious work is seen in his every conduct. Chairman of the first academic session, Dr. Mukesh Mishra said that the tribes are not inferior. Prominent speakers including former principal Dr. Pawar, Mr. Ramkumar Verma, Milai, Mr. Khemraj Arya, Sheopur, Dr. Parveen Verma, Sheopur, Dr. Ability Bhargava, Ashoknagar, Dr. Sangeeta Singh, Sheopur also presented their articles. The second session was presided over by Dr. Ruchi Ghosh Dastidar, Faculty President Barkatullah University Bhopal. In this session, Dr. Karan Singh, Shivpuri, Dr. Warish Jain, Vidisha, Mr. Gaurishanka Gupta, Ashoknagar, Mr. Laljiram Meena Vidisha, Mr. Devesh Sharma Morena and Itisha Dangi, Gwalior presented their research work.
