Alwar. The miscreants uprooted the ATM machine of Punjab National Bank from the industrial area of Khairthal adjacent to Alwar. The miscreants uprooted the ATM from the car. Then they kept him in it and took him away. It is being told that cash worth about Rs 26 lakh is filled inside the ATM machine. The police have inspected the incident site. The accused are being searched on the basis of CCTV footage. But no trace of them has been found yet.
According to the police, this incident took place in the PNB ATM located near Indus Company on Ismailpur Road in Khairthal. There is a Rajkumar Tea stand near the ATM. When Rajkumar reached there at 4 am on Sunday to open his tea tray, he found the glass of the ATM broken. The shell of the ATM machine was lying on the side. Seeing the situation there, he informed the company guard Deepak and others located nearby.
Cash worth Rs 28.5 lakh was put into the machine on Saturday itself.
Kishangarhbas DSP Rajendra Singh reached the spot as soon as information about the incident was received. He inspected the spot and took complete information from the nearby people and the bank management. PNB branch manager said that due to Sunday being a holiday, cash worth Rs 28.5 lakh was deposited in the ATM machine on Saturday itself. Out of this, cash worth about Rs 2.5 lakh has been taken out. Cash worth around Rs 26 lakh is said to be in the ATM machine.

It is visible in the CCTV camera installed there that a car had come and stopped there at 2:17 in the night. The miscreants who came in it committed the crime in just 17 minutes. They uprooted the ATM machine and went back at 2.34 pm. Tatarpur police station officer Ankesh Chaudhary also inspected the spot. Saw the footage of the CCTV camera installed there. The place where this ATM of PNB Bank is installed is in front of the Khairthal-Tijara Reserve Police Line.
