Also asked what are the fundamental rights of the petitioner? He also asked Kamat to prove that the hijab was part of a religious practice. Doubts about appearing in exams
In schools and colleges, girls are not being allowed to wear hijab, due to which there is a dispute in many places. A similar case came to the fore in Udupi’s MGM College on Thursday. Here the principal did not allow the girls wearing hijab to enter. Meanwhile, practical examinations of girl students are to be conducted from February 28. The girl students say that in this case they will not be able to appear in the examination. For this, the girls have also moved the High Court.
