After the release of ‘The Kashmir Files’ movie across the country, once again the massacre of Kashmiri Pandits is becoming increasingly mentioned. Apart from this, there is talk of settling them back in the valley, but the atmosphere in Kashmir does not seem to be improving. On Monday, terrorists opened fire in Shopian district of Kashmir, in which a Kashmiri Pandit shopkeeper was injured. The injured person has been identified as Bal Krishnan, a resident of Chotigam village in Shopian. Bal Krishnan has injured his arms and legs. He has been admitted to the Army Hospital in Srinagar, where his condition is said to be stable.
Officials said that on getting information about the incident, army and police personnel reached the village. After this Bala Krishnan was admitted to the hospital. Meanwhile, a terrorist incident has also happened in Lal Chowk of Srinagar, in which a CRPF jawan was martyred. Terrorists attacked CRPF personnel at Lal Chowk, in which one was martyred. Apart from this, a young man has been injured. After being injured in the firing, both the jawans were immediately taken to the hospital, where one jawan died during treatment.
It is worth noting that these days the discussions about the massacre of Kashmir Pandits in 1990 are intensifying across the country. Apart from this, politics has also intensified. In such a situation, due to the attack on Kashmiri Pandit in the valley, it can be understood that the atmosphere has not improved much even today. Till now it is not known who the terrorists who attacked the Kashmiri Pandit shopkeeper were and which organization they were associated with. So far no organization has claimed responsibility for the attack.
